Hi, I’m Clarke. I’ve been studying Buddhism and meditation since 1995. I’m a direct student of HH Dalai Lama and Tibetan meditation master Geshe Thubten Loden.

I lived in a Tibetan monastery from 1995 until 2009 before heading off to pursue a PhD in philosophy at the university of Tasmanian. Between 1995 – 2009, I studied Buddhist philosophy, psychology, and advanced meditation techniques directly from Tibetan lamas as well as working as a software developer and I started several software businesses during this time. 


My PhD project was a research project into Notions of the Self in Buddhist and western philosophy, and some of the insights from that work are present in this meditation & breathwork masterclass. Indeed, my Flywheel of Failure framework stems from the work I did during this time, and has been adapted here for a wider audience.

Do I need to know how to meditate first?

No. I will show you everything you need to know about meditation, breathwork, and how to implement both in order to break the Flywheel of Failure. 

Will I have to commit hours per day to the training?

It goes without saying that the more you commit yourself to change the quicker you will do so. Having said that, the training requires you commit a minimum of 10 minutes per day to see valuable change.

Are there clear examples of how to do the breathing exercises?

Yes. You will get expert level training in meditation, breathwork, along with clear examples of how to do the exercises - as well as guided meditations for you to practice.

Is this delivered online or in-person?

The course is delivered online and accessible from any location with an internet connection. 

Do I have to complete this in a certain amount of time?

No. You can take 6 weeks or 6 months to complete the training. Having said that, it is my recommendation that you complete the training in a step by step process as outlined inside, and then implement the daily exercises.
